Luce Playground Build

Over 40 parent volunteers and one teacher, Susan McManus, turned out at the Luce Elementary School on Saturday, July 16, to help install a new play structure at the Luce field. Saturday’s community build was organized by the Luce CAPT, which managed to successfully raise over $35,000 over the past year to fund the purchase of the new playground. The effort was led by Luce CAPT President Eileen Chaput and Playground Planning Committee co-chairs Donna Lennon and Christine Trendell.
