By Canton CitizenBeatrice G. DiMasi (Gassiraro), of Canton, passed away August 21 at Milton Hospital after a brief illness.
Born and raised in Boston, she graduated from Girls High. She has lived in Canton since 1963 and previously lived in West Roxbury, where she was the owner and operator of Germano’s Salon for many years.
Beloved wife of the late Paschal J. Mother of Leonard N., Theodore M., and Thomas P. DiMasi, all of Canton. Sister of Hilda Gassiraro of Canton.
Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral mass in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton on Thursday, August 25, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday morning prior to the mass from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Poor Clair’s Monastery, 920 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA 02130.
