Jones, Theresa A.

Theresa A. “Sally” Jones (Fox), 79, of Canton, passed away September 8 at the Harrington House in Walpole after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Born and raised in South Boston, she had lived in Canton for the last 41 years. She dedicated her life to raising her children and being devoted to her family. She had briefly worked at Hood Rubber before she was married.

Sally is survived by her beloved husband, Robert P., and her four children: Robert P. Jr. (Bob) and his wife, Sandi, of Canton; Elizabeth (Betsy) Botsch and her husband, Rick, of Kingston; Tracy Mirabile and her husband, Nick, of Norwell; and Christopher of Canton. Also survived by her nine grandchildren: Ricky Botsch and his wife, Maria, Cortney Botsch, Meredith Botsch, Amanda Jones, Aimee Jones, Allison Jones, Zac Jones, Luke Jones, and Jake Jones.

A graveside service was held Wednesday morning, September 14, at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Donations may be made in Sally’s memory to the Home for Little Wanderers, 271 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02115. Arrangements by the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street.
