Once Upon a Mattress

This past Friday and Saturday night, the Canton High drama club presented the musical Once Upon a Mattress in the CHS Morse Auditorium. All of the students did an excellent job, not only the actors, but the musicians and technical crew who worked behind the scenes to ensure the sound, lights, and sets all performed at the appropriate time.

The costumes were stunning, thanks to costume designer Sue Harrington and Kira Fichman. The cast carried their parts wonderfully, and the play was enjoyed by all who attended.

We hope that the community will continue to support future CHS drama events, including “The King Stag” March 16 and 17, “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown” May 19 and 20, and the 24-hour plays February 10 and 11.
