Smith, Dorothy L.

Dorothy L. Smith (Pagington), 84, of Canton, passed away December 21 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Norfolk, she graduated from Walpole High School and previously lived in Hyde Park before moving to Canton 37 years ago. She worked as a secretary for the family plumbing business, Pagington Brothers, for many years.

Beloved husband of Albert E. Mother of Cherilyn Driscoll and her husband, William, of East Bridgewater; Scott Smith and his wife, Susan, of Easton; and the late Darlene McEnany. Also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, December 23, at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street. Burial Norfolk Cemetery.
