Amy Berardi joins mom at Jack Conway-Canton
By Canton CitizenAmy Berardi got her real estate license in October and put it to work nine days later when she joined Jack Conway, Realtor’s Canton office. The choice was far from random. Her mother, Ellen Euse, has been a champion sales agent at Conway-Canton for 31 years.
“I grew up around real estate, so it was a natural career choice for me,” said Berardi, who would accompany her mother on open houses as a young child. “My mother has loved the Conway Company since she first joined it in 1979, and she has had many job offers from other companies over the years, but she would never leave. That’s a pretty strong testimonial for me.”
Lorraine Mitchell, manager of Conway’s Canton office, was happy to welcome a second generation agent to her team.
“Ellen has been a superstar in our office for as long as I’ve been here and a long time before that,” said Mitchell. “I’ve known Amy for years, and I’m so glad she’s decided to join us because she’s bound for stardom as well.”
Euse, who is known for her outgoing and upbeat attitude, is thrilled to have her daughter as a coworker.
“I’m so excited that Amy has come on board with Conway Country,” she said. “She couldn’t have picked a better company to launch her real estate career.”
Like her mother, Berardi takes a positive approach to life and to her new profession. “I am young, very driven and plan to be successful in this career,” she said. “I intend to give it 110 percent, and that’s a promise.”
Berardi has a background in human resources and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Born and raised in Canton, she and her husband, David, currently live in Stoughton. She is active on the parent committee at the JCC early learning center in Sharon, where her children, Ava, 4, and Justin, 2, attend.
