Halloran, Margaret A.

Margaret A. Halloran, 86, formerly of Canton, of North Andover, passed away February 18 at Lawrence General Hospital.

Born and raised in Canton, she attended St. John’s School and graduated from Canton High School. She lived in Canton her entire life before moving to North Andover last year.

Beloved wife for 55 years of John J. Mother of Jack Halloran of CT, Mary Ann Cummings and her husband, Dan, of North Andover, and Jean Schmiedel and her husband, Paul, of North Andover. Sister of Dorothy LaBombard of Pocasset and the late Eleanor and Louis LaBombard. Grandmother of Emily Cummings and Colleen Schmiedel.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, February 23, at 12 noon in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton. Donations may be made in her memory to the St. John School Foundation, Box 604, Canton, MA 02021. Arrangements by the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street.
