Moreira, Raphael T.

Raphael T. Moreira, 19, of Sharon, formerly of Canton, passed away April 14, 2012.

Born and raised in Canton, he attended Canton Public Schools before moving to Sharon and graduating from Sharon High School in 2011. He played Little League baseball in Canton for many years and football for Sharon High School.

Raphael is survived by his parents, Carlos and Valerie Marques, of Sharon; his loving sister, Carla Marques, also of Sharon; his grandparents, Carol and Gianfranco DiPietro of Canton; and his uncles, Christian DiPietro and Peter Bersani of Canton.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, April 19, at 10:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery. Arrangements by the Dockray and Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street.
