Residents invited to JRC protest

How long are we going to condone the horrors at the Judge Rotenberg Center in Canton? You would be arrested for child abuse if you used the taser-like shocking machinery they use, the food deprivation techniques, the humiliation, the slapping, the pinching. But because of an apathetic legislature, we the people are allowing this torture right here in Canton.
Over 215,000 people have objected to the abusive practices that are still going on at the JRC, giving their signatures on the petitions collected by the brave teacher who witnessed firsthand the horrors.
Judge Rotenberg has a staff of lawyers and PR people who see to it that they are allowed to continue to rake in the dough from Massachusetts and neighboring states in order to further degrade these young people.
Join us on Saturday from 12-4 p.m. at the Judge Rotenberg Educational Center on Route 138 (across from the Jiffy Lube) to protest the continued condoning of such hideous abuse by our town “leaders” and state legislators. State Senator Bryan Joyce, among others, will be speaking.
Silence condones.
