By Canton CitizenPauline L. Di Natale (Salvi), 92, of Columbia, SC, formerly of Hyannis and Arlington, passed away January 14 at Faulkner Hospital in Boston.
Born in Somerville, she was raised in Somerville and Belmont. She has lived at the Laurel Crest Retirement Community in West Columbia, SC, for the last year and previously lived in Hyannis for 12 years and Arlington for many years. Prior to raising her family she worked as a bookkeeper at the family business, Salvi Motors in Cambridge.
Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Mother of Louise Givens and her husband, Dr. James, of SC, David Di Natale and his wife, Denise, of North Weymouth, and Ann Marie O’Brien and her husband, Mark, of Canton. Grandmother of Dean Givens and his wife, Courtenay, of SC, Stephanie Givens of SC, Nicholas and Victoria Di Natale of Weymouth, Margaret Brown and her husband, Bruce, of Andover, Toni Marie Kidder and her husband, Shawn, of Andover, and Catherine O’Brien of Canton. Sister of Dorothy Cherubini of FL. Also survived by two great-granddaughters.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, January 17, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Friday at 10:30 a.m. Burial private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Laurel Crest Retirement Center, 100 Joseph Walker Dr., West Columbia, SC 29169.
