Lennon, Kevin T.
By Canton CitizenKevin T. Lennon, 73, of Canton, passed away at home February 10 surrounded by his loving family.
Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston schools and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He was the owner and operator of Belgrade Sunoco in Roslindale for many years and also was the lead mechanic for the Boston Post Office vehicle maintenance facility in South Boston for many years. He has lived in Canton for over 40 years and was a member of the Canton Town Club and the Boston Elks #10.
Beloved husband of Patricia A. (Ellis). Father of Kerry A. Perry and her husband, James, of Canton, Linda M. Demetros and her husband, George, of Pembroke, Kevin T. Lennon II and his wife, Donna, of Canton, Edward S. Lennon and his wife, Kelly, of Boston, and Jennifer K. Waldrup and her husband, Jason, of Milford. Brother of Joyce McFadden of Hull, John Lennon of Hingham, Paula Sullivan of Centerville, and the late Edward Lennon. Also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, February 14, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton Friday at 10:30 a.m. Burial Mt. Benedict Cemetery, Boston. Donations may be made in his memory to the Canton Town Club Scholarship Fund, 300 Bailey St., Canton, MA 02021.
