By Canton CitizenCheryl A. Thomas, 63, of Canton, passed away after a brief illness at Norwood Hospital.
Born and raised in Canton, she graduated from Canton High School and Colby College. She worked for Computershare as a telephone service rep. for many years before retiring. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to the band “The Proclaimers,” and spending time in Eastham.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Roger Osborn, of Groton. Beloved daughter of the late Barbara C. (Muse) and George E. Thomas. Sister of Caryn L. McLean and her husband, John, of South Carolina, George E. III and his wife, Patti, of Canton, Pamela M. Shepard and her husband, Steve, of Canton, and Susan J. Eakins and her husband, Mike, of Carver. She was a terrific aunt to 14 nieces and nephews and 15 great-nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral Eucharist at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 1 Blue Hill River Road in Canton, Saturday morning at 10 a.m. Visiting hours omitted; burial private.
