B.I.G. entrepreneur group for women coming to Canton

Hundreds of women are already participating in B.I.G. — Believe, Inspire, Grow — an inspiring business organization designed to “empower women to business.”
This membership-based organization utilizes face-to-face community meetings, an interactive website and monthly teleconferences to provide intelligent women a positive and educational support network to help move their business ideas forward. Many of these women have been out of the workforce for several years, or they are looking to make a change in their current career.
Now, thanks to Kari Yasi, more women will have the opportunity to join and participate in B.I.G. As the Canton B.I.G. leader, Yasi will host monthly meetings with area women to discuss relevant business ideas, share insights, and brainstorm ways to overcome their obstacles.
“I am excited to share this great opportunity with the women of southeast Massachusetts,” said Yasi. “As an entrepreneur myself, I know firsthand the many struggles and challenges that face women who desire to make economic contributions, without sacrificing their important family commitments. B.I.G. provides the resources and infrastructure to allow us to overcome our business challenges and work toward success.”
Founded in September 2009 in Bernardsville, New Jersey, B.I.G. has been rapidly expanding to communities throughout the USA. The B.I.G. Canton pod meeting will be held on Thursday, March 13, at the Canton Public Library at 10 a.m. Pre-registration (cantonlaunch.eventbrite.com) is encouraged for all meetings.
