Deadline to register for town election is March 19

Town Clerk Tracy K. Kenney has announced that the last day to register to vote for the April 8 town election will be Wednesday, March 19.
The town clerk’s office will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 19. Registration forms may be requested by calling 781-821-5013. The clerk’s office will mail the form, which must be completed and returned to the office no later than 8 p.m. on March 19, or mailed with a postmark no later than March 19.
If you are registered to vote at your current address, there is no need to re-register.
The polls will be open on election day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The polling locations for the April 8 town election are as follows:
Precincts 1 and 6: Canton High School, Rodman Building, 960 Washington Street
Precinct 2: Dean S. Luce Elementary School, 45 Independence Street
Precinct 3: Blue Hills Regional School, 800 Randolph Street
Precincts 4 and 5: John F. Kennedy School, 100 Dedham Street
