Fitness center touts weight-loss solutions for women
By GuestCanton resident Luciane Chaifetz, new owner of Get in Shape for Women, made the decision to leave her life in Brazil almost four years ago to pursue the American dream. The 34-year-old mother of three is a former dentist with a passion for helping others, which is what attracted her to Get in Shape for Women — a fitness studio offering small-group personal training for women.
More than five million Americans seek out personal trainers in hopes of achieving their health goals. “I myself have suffered with my weight throughout my life,” admitted Chaifetz, “which is why I can understand what these women are going through. It can be a difficult process to lose weight. The complete training program offered at our studio produces amazing results, and I can attest to that.”
The program is designed for women who haven’t found success with other weight-loss programs. Each session includes 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, plus nutrition coaching for a well-rounded approach to weight loss focused entirely on results.
Chaifetz is passionate about nutrition and exercise and says she hopes to make a difference in the lives of women in her area.
“I want the female population around Canton to know that there is a great weight-loss option available that will get you the results you are looking for without hurting your wallet,” she said.
The Canton Get in Shape for Women fitness studio is open for business and is located at 14 Washington Street in the Cobb’s Corner Plaza. Get in Shape for Women currently operates over 100 studios in 18 states across the country and expects to grow 25 percent each year. For more information, go to www.getinshapeforwomen.com.
