Manning, Rosemarie
By Canton CitizenRosemarie Manning (O’Sullivan), 65, of Middleboro, formerly of Canton, passed away May 26 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Born and raised in Boston, she graduated from Dorchester High School. Before moving to Middleboro in 1986 she previously lived in South Boston for many years. She worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for over 40 years before retiring and worked part time for Lincoln Financial after retirement. She enjoyed spending time and taking part in the activities at the Middleboro/Carver Council on Aging. Rosemarie was an avid reader and most especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Beloved wife of Robert D. Sister of John O’Sullivan and his wife, Eileen, of Dorchester, Steven O’Sullivan of Dorchester, and the late Maureen F. Manning. Sister-in-law of Thomas Manning of Randolph and Barbara and Dennis Tallent of Braintree. Also survived by close friends Chris and Ernie Tarr of Middleboro and several nieces, nephews and grandnieces and nephews.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday, May 29, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Friday, May 29, at 10:30 a.m. Burial Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
