World Series trophy coming to CPD headquarters June 3

On Tuesday, June 3, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., the Canton Police Department will host a viewing of the Boston Red Sox 2013 World Series trophy at police headquarters, located at 1492 Washington Street.

In addition to taking a photo with this coveted prize, attendees will be treated to complimentary food and beverage, have the opportunity to view the department’s newly restored 1965 police car, meet K-9 Officer Scott Brown and Bosco, and get some one-on-one insight into the world of policing in Canton.

“We are so thankful for the partnership that we have with the residents and business owners of this community,” said Police Chief Ken Berkowitz, “and we cannot think of a better way to express what teamwork and constructive communication bring to our town than this symbolic trophy. See you Tuesday night!”
