Historic Spaulding House finds new caretakers

Hi there,
I came upon your article about the Spaulding House as I was in the process of purchasing the property. My husband and I were very happy to learn about the history of the house and you did such great job writing about it.
Anyway, I wanted to tell you that we loved the house when we saw it and loved it more after reading about it. We have no intention of destroying or letting it go to ruin. We appreciate its character and charm.
So to answer your question, who will save the Spaulding House? I guess that’ll be us, the Calix-Pauliukovich family.
