Pozza, Victor M.

Victor M. Pozza, 79, formerly of Canton, of Bourne, passed away from a heart attack August 2 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham.

Born and raised in Dorchester, he graduated from Boston Latin and Wentworth Institute of Technology. He was a self-employed contractor for many years before retiring. He has lived in Bourne for the last five years and enjoyed skeet shooting in his spare time.

Beloved father of Victor M. Pozza Jr. and his wife, Michelle, of Bourne, Kimberly L. Pozza of Bourne, and the late Mark Pozza. Brother of Elizabeth Mary Pozza of Walpole. Grandfather of Amelia Pozza of Bourne.

Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Saturday, August 9, at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Saturday morning prior to the mass from 8:30 to 10. Burial St. Mary’s Cemetery, Canton.
