Rooney, Brianna
By Canton CitizenBrianna Rooney, 21, beloved daughter of Robert and Linda (Brooks) Rooney, died on Monday, July 28, 2014, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Brianna was born on April 30, 1993, in Newton. She was a communicant of St. Andrew the Apostle Church and was a member of ARC of Bristol County. She was a 2012 graduate of Taunton High School.
She is the sister of Baleigh Rooney of Taunton; granddaughter of Virginia (Fandell) Brooks of Taunton and the late John Brooks, and Joseph and Joanne (Coppenrath) Rooney; and niece of Pat and Jeff Gallahue of Canton, Jim and Lori Rooney of Stoughton, Steven and Laura Rooney of Canton, David and Dawn Rooney of Canton, Kathy Rooney of Canton, Susan Williams of Canton, Jay Brooks of Canton, Kevin Brooks of CO, Gary and Sandra Brooks of Norton, and the first cousin of 17.
A mass of Christian burial was held Friday, August 1, in St. Andrew the Apostle Church in Taunton.
