Mahoney, Theresa L.

Theresa L. Mahoney (Russo), 93, of Canton, passed away at home August 22 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston, she was raised in Mattapan and attended Dorchester High School. She was a devoted housewife and mother and enjoyed water color and oil painting.

Beloved wife of Matthew F. Mother of Diane T. Farrell and her husband, Thomas, of FL, Andrea K. Kehoe and her husband, Gregory, of Braintree, Richard D. Mahoney and his wife, Virginia, of Stoughton, Stephen J. Mahoney of CA, Alanna J. Edstrom and her husband, Nils, of Stoughton, Brian F. Mahoney and his close friend Elaine Babcock of Stoughton, and Christopher T. Mahoney and his wife, Juli, of Mansfield. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A funeral mass was held Wednesday morning, August 27, in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. Burial Canton Corner Cemetery.
