Puleo, Nunzio J.

Nunzio J. Puleo, 89, of Canton, passed away December 15 at Norwood Hospital.

Born in Johnstown, PA, he was raised in South Boston and has lived in Canton for 29 years. He attended Boston schools and Calvin Coolidge Portia Law in Boston, where he received his BS in manufacturing. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

Nunzio and his brother founded and operated Commercial Sheet Metal Co. in Canton for many years before retiring. He was a member of the board of directors for Blue Hills Regional High School and a talented musician that played the saxophone and clarinet. He played in a band that performed at weddings and for officers at military functions …
