Dorothea M. Civitarese (Miller), 96, of Canton, passed away March 29 at the Hellenic Nursing Home in Canton surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Boston, she graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Dorchester. She previously lived in Milton before moving to Canton 35 years ago. She worked as a hostess for weddings at the Holiday Haven in Norwood for 15 years and previously worked for Sears as a bookkeeper for two years and at Jordan Marsh in the Apparel Department for 20 years. She was formerly a member of the Milton Catholic Women’s Club and the Canton Garden Club …
