Palmer, Lois D.

Lois D. (Draper) Palmer, 94, of Clinton, CT, passed peacefully on March 17, 2015, at Evergreen Health Care Center in Stafford, CT, beloved wife of the late Ralph A. Palmer II.

Born in New York, NY, on January 21, 1921, she is the daughter of the late Percy L. and Frances (Cobb) Draper of Canton. She grew up in Canton and was an avid horseback rider, competing through her school years. Lois attended Ringling Art School in Sarasota, Florida, where she met and later married Ralph in 1941. She raised her children in West Hartford, and later with her husband became a resident of Long Boat Key, FL, for 20 years …
