Alberts, Marc
By Canton CitizenMarc A. Alberts, age 26, of Canton, passed away suddenly on June 2. Born in Weymouth, he was raised in Canton and graduated from Canton High School where he played football, basketball, baseball and lacrosse.
Marc was an avid golfer and loved motorcycles, ATVs and cars, especially his red Mustang. He worked as an electrician for Canton Power and Electric for several years.
Marc was a kind, sweet, lovable guy who always did his best to make friends and make people smile. He had a big heart and cared deeply for those close to him.
Beloved son of Pauline A. Alberts (Montanaro) of Canton and the late Paul M. Alberts. Brother of Michael Alberts and his wife, Nicole, of Foxboro, and Elisa Alberts of Canton. Grandson of Rose and John Montanaro of Plymouth and Pearl Alberts of Stoughton and the late Jack Alberts. Nephew of Jack Montanaro of Whitman, David Montanaro of Weymouth, and Deborah Spector of Foxboro. Uncle of Adriana Alberts.
Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Friday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Burial private.
