Bonefish Grill celebrates grand opening at Univ. Station

On Monday, June 1, Bonefish Grill celebrated its grand opening at the University Station shopping center in Westwood with a special benefit event that raised $2,700 for Good Sports, a Quincy-based charity that provides athletic equipment and apparel to disadvantaged young people nationwide.
“We are thrilled to open our doors and become part of the Westwood community,” said Michael Garcia, managing partner of the Westwood Bonefish Grill. “Our team is excited to provide locals and visitors alike with the classic Bonefish Grill experience — from fresh fish and innovative dishes to warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere, our goal is to ensure exceptional dining from beginning to end.”
The award-winning restaurant’s “fresh fish experts” bring “wood-grilled fish, steaks and chops, innovative sauces and indulgent desserts” to the local community. The 5,434-square-foot restaurant has a seating capacity for approximately 179 patrons, including 68 in the bar area and 28 on the outdoor patio.
The Westwood location will serve dinner nightly, lunch Monday to Saturday, and brunch on Sundays. Hours of operation will be Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
