Congratulations on your heartwarming story about the Syrian family who moved to Canton. Their successes here are truly inspiring. It was a perfect Christmas story.
At a time when politicians are ranting that we should deny refuge to immigrants because of their religion or nationality, it’s heartening to have our local paper present the other side of the story.
