Canton girls help FC Boston win 2016 Jefferson Cup

The FC Boston U13 ECNL girls soccer team, featuring three girls from Canton, captured the prestigious Jefferson Cup last month in Richmond, Virginia. Held every year in March, the Jefferson Cup is currently the top-ranked youth tournament in the country. Olivia Rodman, Elisa Diletizia, and Sarai Costello helped FC Boston to victory by defeating the No. 1 team in New York, the No. 1 team in Rhode Island, and the No. 2 team in Maryland on the way to the championship. The team is currently ranked No. 1 in Massachusetts.
