Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston schools and previously lived in Jamaica Plain before moving to Canton in 1955. He worked as a jeweler and watch repairer for many years at A. Stowells and Shawmut Jewelry in Boston. He enjoyed spending weekends in Dennisport and was a former member of the Canton Town Club where he enjoyed bowling in the Monday night bowling league …
