Anita Shephard, 89, of Dedham, formerly of Canton, passed away June 26 surrounded by her loving family at Brookdale Assisted Living in Dedham.

Born and raised in Framingham, she graduated from Framingham High School. She worked as a buyer for Computer Identics in Canton for many years before retiring. Anita was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton where she was a Eucharistic minister and a member of the prayer group …
