Marie T. Blanchard, of Canton, passed away December 14 at the Charlwell House in Norwood.

She was born in Manchester, NH, and raised on a farm in Bedford, NH. She was known for her sense of humor and liked to share jokes with family and friends. She was active in politics and the town of Canton — was a notary public, registrar of voters, and worked at many local elections and town offices.
