Hansen School Addition
By Canton CitizenSchool and municipal leaders participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, December 19, to mark the opening of the Hansen Elementary School addition. Funded by a $4.1-million debt-exclusion override, the two-story addition replaces four outdated modular classrooms with eight permanent classrooms. The project also included the installation of a new fire suppression system throughout the school building as well as a new loop around the building for fire truck access.
