She formerly lived in Uxbridge, Mansfield, Canton and Boston. From Braunschweig, Germany, Gisela was born on May 29, 1929. She emigrated to Boston in 1951 to begin a new life with her husband after having experienced the devastation of the Second World War. Devoted to raising her family, Gisela later embarked upon a professional career as a trust accountant, working for Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company, and for almost two decades at Fiduciary Trust Company …
