Even Wall Street losing faith in Trump
By Canton CitizenDear Editor:
As a devout liberal, I find it amazing when the Wall Street Journal and I agree. “Our country is losing credibility with the rest of the world due to Trump’s continual lying” is the gist of a lengthy editorial that appeared in the Wall Street Journal’s print edition on March 22.
Additionally, Senator McCain has revealed that our Congress is incapable of conducting a nonpartisan intelligence investigation into Trump’s collusion with the Russians. The head of the Republican intelligence investigation committee went running to his master Trump before even telling his co-chair, the Democratic leader on the committee (Rep. Schiff) this latest “info” (who knows what its source): “Trump was accidentally surveilled in a wiretapping before the election.”
Now, how would the head of this “impartial” committee know this before anyone else on the committee? It should be disclosed to all, and the sources vetted. Senator McCain is quite correct in calling for an independent investigation of the collusion between Drumpf and Putin.
I trust Wall Street and all the money lovers who really don’t want our country to go down the drain to (in their own way) get rid of the perpetual liar, Donald Trump. The 10 Commandments are based on the hard-won knowledge that communities cannot prosper or last without a basic set of rules which all obey, and which are enforced if they are disobeyed.
