Joseph V. Herosy, 87, died peacefully at home in Quincy on July 13, 2017.

Joseph was born in South Boston and was a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Navy. He raised a family in Canton, and together they spent many happy summers in Westport. Joe was a retired self-employed electrical engineer who worked on several major metropolitan buildings and renovations in and around the Boston area for many years …
