Benson Diamond of Canton passed away peacefully on Monday, July 24, 2017.

Devoted son of the late William and Ann (Gruber) Diamond. Beloved husband of 61 years to Ruth (Banks) Diamond. Loving father of Amy Margolis and husband David S. of Needham and Bill Diamond of CA. Cherished grandfather of Lexi, Brooke, Sarah and Josh. Dear brother of the late Rhoda Barker and Evelyn Rice.

Benson was an accomplished teacher and taught management to both commissioned and non-commissioned officers in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict from 1951-1955. He was past president of Temple Beth Abraham from 1968-1970 …
