Canton’s Wade receives Bruins Sportsmanship Award

On March 19 at the TD Garden, Canton High School senior Maggie Wade was presented with the Boston Bruins Sportsmanship Award, a prestigious honor given each year to one worthy student-athlete from every boys’ and girls’ hockey league in the state. Wade, a member of the CHS team that went to back-to-back state finals, was recognized for exemplary conduct on and off the ice as well as a commitment to teamwork and respect for all opponents. She was presented with a medal from Hockey Hall of Famer and Boston Bruins legend Cam Neely.
