Moore, Kathleen E.

Kathleen E. Moore, 55, of Stoughton, formerly of Canton, passed away July 22 at Norwood Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Newport News, VA, she was raised in Canton and graduated from Canton High School and Bay State Community College. She worked as a nurse at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston for many years. She was an active member of the Faith Baptist Church in Stoughton and enjoyed spending time with her family and horseback riding.

Mother of John G. Stivaletta of Boston and Lauren E. Stivaletta of Dedham. Daughter of Roger and Elizabeth Moore of Stoughton. Grandmother of Ava Espinal of Stoughton. Sister of Christopher Moore and his wife, Debra, of Norton and Brian Moore and his wife, Laurie, of Stoughton.

A funeral service was held Wednesday at Faith Baptist Church in Stoughton. Burial private. Donations may be made in her memory to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02215.
