Mass. Democrats are stifling real democracy

Dear Editor:

Joe DeFelice wrote about how the Boston Herald reporter Joe Battenfeld commented that Republicans in the Massachusetts legislature are “virtually silenced into submission,” primarily due to the strong Democratic Party controls. What a shame!

The party of fake tolerance and diversity (Democrat) allows no dissent or even discussion. It’s either their way or the highway. The real losers are the citizens of the commonwealth who are denied the opportunity to hear differing opinions. As the Democratic Party continues its race to socialism, Republicans remain committed to capitalism, patriotism, and tolerance for the opinions of others.
