E.M. Duggan makes generous donation to Little League
By Canton CitizenOn Tuesday, October 23, executives from Canton-based E.M. Duggan presented a check for $15,000 to Canton Little League in a brief presentation at the company’s headquarters on Will Drive. The funds will be used for the concession stand project at the Kennedy School playing fields, and when completed, the concession stand will be named the “E.M. Duggan Dugout.”
During the check presentation, Vincent Petroni, president and CEO, and Len Monfredo, executive vice president, spoke of E.M. Duggan’s longstanding commitment to giving back to the Canton community, and the Little League board members in attendance expressed their deepest gratitude for the company’s support.
A fifth-generation, family-run business, E.M. Duggan has grown to become one of the Boston area’s largest mechanical contractors, specializing in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection. The company has been a proud supporter of Canton athletics and recently made a similar sized donation to the CHS wrestling program to fund the purchase of new wrestling mats.
