Regan, Amerina P.
By Canton CitizenAmerina “Marina” Patricia (Ferragamo) Regan, 87, of Whitman, formerly of Canton, passed away at The Dwyer Home in Weymouth on December 21, 2018, after a brief illness.
Born in Revere on March 6, 1931, she was the daughter of Christopher and Elizabeth (Boticelli) Ferragamo. She was predeceased by her loving husband, John R. Regan. Devoted mother of Joseph C. Regan and his wife, Theresa, of Canton, Donna E. Montisano of Abington, and Diane M. Allen and her husband, George, of Easton.
Marina was the loving grandmother of Kristen Garrahan and her husband, Peter, of Taunton, Erin Snell and her husband, Barry, of Whitman, Christopher and his wife, Jaqueline, of Charlestown, Kaitlyn Wiles and her husband, Jeffrey, of Plymouth, Owen Tyrell and his wife, Nicole, of Baton Rouge, LA, Alexis Regan of Charlestown, and Zachary Samya and his wife, Caitlyn, of Plymouth. Marina had the honor of being the great-grandmother of Noah, Ariana, Liam, Donovan and Logan. Also dear sister of the late Louis, Amerigo, Victor, Vincent, Oreste, Edward, Arthur Ferragamo, Rose Alibrandi, Gloria Simcox, and Bonita Torra. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and her longtime friends Mary O’Brien and Marge Titcomb.
A funeral mass was held Friday in St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton. Interment at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
