Mathena, Thomas E.

Thomas E. Mathena, Jr., 65, of Canton, passed away January 25 at Wingate at Needham.

Born in Dover, New Jersey, he was raised in Lake Apacon, NJ, and moved to Florida when he was 15. He has lived in Canton since 1991 and was the owner and operator of Tom Mathena Contracting Inc. for many years. Tom was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and an avid Patriots fan.

Beloved husband of Susan F. (Foley). Father of Christina M. Sauer and her husband, Shane, of Safety Harbor, FL, Jennifer L. Collins and her husband, Patrick, of Norwood, and Jaime L. Walker and her husband, William, of Franklin. Grandfather of Kai and Bodhi Sauer and Braden and Jason Collins. Brother of Bonnie Timm of Stillwater, MN.
