Silverman, Herb A.
By Canton CitizenHerb A. Silverman, 95, of Canton, passed away June 8 at the Tippett House in Needham.
Born in Cambridge, he graduated from Brookline High School, Stanford University, Santa Clara University, and was an Army veteran of World War II. He worked for many years as a manager for Bradley’s Department Stores. Herb has lived in Canton since 1972 where he was a member of the Canton Lions Club and the bus driver and an active member of the Canton Senior Center for over 30 years.
Beloved husband of the late Barbara B. (Doucette). Father of Barry Silverman of Canton and David Silverman of Kirkland, WA.
