Canton Writes 2019 winners
By Canton CitizenCanton Writes, the annual town-wide writing contest, celebrated the 2019 winners at an awards night held last month at the Canton Public Library. All of the nearly 80 entries are published, with the authors’ permission, in the Canton Writes book, which is now available at the front desk of the library for $10. Winners also received framed awards and a tote bag to fill with free books at the next library book sale. The “Best in Show” was awarded to high school student Katie Morris for her nonfiction entry “Love and Pain.”
