Moreno, Yolanda E.

Yolanda E. Moreno (Scioletti), 91, of Canton, passed away November 17 at home.

Born in Cambridge, she was raised in Cambridge and Medford and graduated from Medford High School. She worked for many years as a seamstress and was an avid gardener.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Mother of Janice Boucher of Stoughton. Grandmother of Suzanne Bertone of Stoughton and Jennifer Dempsey of East Sandwich. Great-grandmother of Raymond Bertone of East Sandwich. Sister of Lena Panareese of Everett, Marie Avola of Medford, Joseph Scioletti of Everett, Ronnie Scioletti of Medford, Lorraine Porras of Medford, and the late Terry Leto, Rocky Scioletti and Rose Coppola.

A funeral service was held Wednesday at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations may be made in her memory to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St., West Bridgewater, MA 02379. For guestbook, see dockrayandthomasfuneralhome.com.
