Theodore seeks reelection to Board of Selectmen
By Canton CitizenCiting his desire to continue to be the voice for the citizens of Canton, Selectman Tom Theodore has announced his campaign for reelection. Since being elected in 2017, Theodore has tackled head on many issues that troubled residents for years, including access to Reservoir Pond, traffic, and the ongoing drug epidemic in our community.
Theodore has a long history of serving Canton — as chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission, and as chairman of the board at the Canton Town Club. Theodore has impacted generations of families as a funeral director with Dockray and Thomas Funeral Home and owner of New England Trade Services.
Tom, his wife, Barbara, and their two children, Kristen and Will, are lifelong residents of Canton. All four are products of the Canton Public School system and have deep roots in the community.
Theodore said, “I am proud of my three-year term as selectman. I have stayed true to my work and am determined to build on the experience I have gained.”
He continued, “I feel a great responsibility to the citizens of Canton and vow to continue to be accessible to them. Their problems are my problems and I will use my voice to bring parties together and get the job done.”
All are welcome on Sunday, February 16, from 3-6 p.m. at the Canton Town Club, 300 Bailey Street, to kick off the Tom Theodore for Selectman Reelection Campaign.
