Duganiero, Dominic M.
By Canton CitizenDominic M. Duganiero, 85, of Canton, passed away April 15 at Morton Hospital in Taunton.
Born and raised in Canton, he was a lifelong resident of the town. He attended St. John’s School in Canton, Canton High School, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as the building inspector for the town of Canton for many years before retiring. Dom was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church and St. John’s School in Canton and was a longtime member of the Canton Veterans Services Department Honor Guard.
Beloved husband of the late Ursula (Danahy). Father of Maria E. Connors and her husband, Joseph, of Mansfield and Joanne Duganiero of Uxbridge. Grandfather of Molly E., Kathleen M., and Amy J. Connors, all of Mansfield. Brother of Antoinette Papagno, Mary Duganiero, and Ann Citrano, all of Canton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 Health Department directives, services will be private and a memorial mass will be held at a later date.
