Canton’s Team Papa Jay seeks support for Parkinson’s research

By

On Saturday, May 22, Team Papa Jay will take part in the 35th annual Optimism Walk hosted by the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) to help raise much needed funds for Parkinson’s research.

This year’s walk is virtual and marks the sixth year that the team has participated. Papa Jay was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 11 years ago. Anita and Jay Wassersug are residents of Canton.

Anyone wishing to support Team Papa Jay may do so by sending a donation to APDA c/o Wassersug, 44 Waterfall Dr., Apt. B, Canton, MA 02021. All donations will be greatly appreciated to help eradicate this dreadful disease.
