Lukaszewicz, Mary E.

Mary E. Lukaszewicz (Skindiel) of Canton passed away July 12 at the Walpole Health Care Center.

Born in Boston, she was raised in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School, Class of 1953, where she was a member of the field hockey team.  She has lived in Canton since 1956 where she was a secretary for the Canton Conservation Commission for 26 years. She was also an accomplished artist, accordion player, and polka dancer. Mary was a great lover of animals and nature and was known as Mrs. Conservation in Canton.

Beloved wife of Edward N. Mother of Larry Lukaszewicz and his wife, Lee, of Canton.

Funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington Street, Thursday (today) at 1 p.m. Visiting hours prior to the service Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
