Rushworth, Dale M.

Dale M. Rushworth, 68, of Canton, died peacefully in her home October 20, 2021.

Dale was selfless, and always caring and helpful to those around her. She was strong in her faith and enjoyed attending services at First Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of Canton High School, Class of 1972, and dedicated to the Canton Senior Center for over 20 years.

Daughter of the late Edward and Florence Pesaturo. Devoted wife of Joseph K. Rushworth. Loving mother of Kristen Shanahan and her husband, Raymond, of Scituate, Michael Rushworth and his wife, Chelsey, of Nashville, TN, and Sarah Rohan and her husband, Daniel, of Mansfield. Loving sister of Pamela Eckler and Janice Hagan of Canton, and Paula Hart of Middleboro. Proud grandmother of Matthew, Lila and John Shanahan, William Rushworth, and Douglas and Colin Rohan, who fondly referred to her as Yaya. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held Monday at Faith Baptist Church in Stoughton. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery. Arrangements by the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman Street, www.roache-pushard.com.
